LifeChoice professionals brought my mother and our family great comfort and attentive care in her final months. The medical and office staff was very responsive, informed, compassionate and empathetic. We would highly recommend this group and their services.

Posting on behalf of Dena Merritt. Our hospice nurse, Bertha was compassionate and empathetic. Out of all the nurses we’ve worked with she truly stood out and went above and beyond. She would take the time to sit down, listen, explain, and answer any and every question. She genuinely cares about and advocates for her patients. She established great rapport with our loved one and took the time to get to know her patient personally and professionally. She was exceptional and made something as difficult as hospice care a lot more bearable. We graciously appreciate the supportive care she offered during this time.

My family recently had the pleasure of working with Life Choice Hospice, and I am extremely impressed with the level of care and compassion that was provided to our grandmother. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make sure that she was comfortable and had all of her needs met. I highly recommend Life Choice Hospice to anyone who is seeking high-quality, compassionate hospice care for their loved one. They truly made a difference in the final months of our grandmothers life, and I am forever grateful for their care and support.

Bertha has been a god send to our family. She has gone above and beyond what we could have ever expected. She is such a loving and wonderfully person and I am glad that she was chosen to be a part of my Mothers life.

What can I say. Having to opt in for hospice or palliative care for a family member is not an easy thing to do. Some (myself included) consider it as giving up hope. Or giving up in general. But when the push comes to shove - think what best for your family member and not to your self esteem. Anyway, I am here to give a review, not an advice. And I would give 10 stars, not 5. The Team at Lifechoice is professional, humble, carring and well organized. They really take care of everything they possibly can. Everyone there, management, nurses, doctors, social workers are the most incredible people on earth. Galina, Marina, Sarah, Pam, Alexandra, Dr Kaplan. They treat you with dignity and respect. I simply have no idea, how my family could get thru these challenging times without their guidance and support. They were here for us 24/7 from May to October 2022. So if you ever in a position where you have to opt in for hospice or palliative- look no further. Lifechoice is the best and the only one I would recommend.

Bertha was one of the most wonderful Nurses that Life Choice Hospice had taking of my mom, Mae Reeves. Bertha was friendly, kind, patient & so good with my mother from the very start! My mom looked forward to her visits! They had a very good relationship! Bertha was so gentle with her! She took time with her exams, taking her blood pressure & just taking her temperature! She wasn't just a Nurse, she became a valued friend, & was there for us until the day my mom passed. My mom was 102 when Bertha was with my mom & a little fragile. I can’t say enough about the hospice care my grandma received. Any time I needed to call someone was there to help. Bertha, my grandma’s nurse went above and beyond taking care of my grandma. She was attentive, caring, compassionate, empathetic, and truly loved her patients. That was obvious. You know you will have tremendous care with her and the team. I called and texted with questions all of the time and they were so accommodating and happy to help in any way possible.

My 93 year old mother just passed away. Life Choice was with us every step of the way attending to my mothers every need and guiding us through such a difficult time. Our nurse Marina truly is an angel on earth. She holds a special place in my heart. So grateful for such wonderful, caring people.
