LifeChoice offers care under 2 programs, hospice care and palliative care. Hospice Care is a specialized form of care aimed at alleviating symptoms for those with serious illness who choose to be cared for at home. Our staff of experienced clinicians service you wherever you consider home. This can be a nursing facility, assisted living, or your family home. Hospice staff are available 24/7 to ensure your comfort.
Palliative Care is a type of care that alleviates symptoms for those experiencing chronic or serious illness. The word palliate means to reduce unpleasant symptoms, both hospice and palliative care do this. Individuals receiving palliative care may still be seeking aggressive treatment like chemotherapy.
